Return Policy: Exchange Only

At VSnatched Body Sculpting, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a positive shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product due to various reasons. Therefore, we offer an exchange-only return policy.

Please review the following guidelines regarding our exchange policy:

Eligibility:

• Exchanges are only applicable for products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• The request for an exchange must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.
• Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is required for all exchange requests.
•  If for any reason you receive a defective product, you have 10 business days to notify us and return the unused merchandise, with all the labels still attached. 

 Products Not Eligible for Exchange:

• We do not accept exchanges for products that are on clearance, or personalized/customized items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Beauty and personal care products, including cosmetics, skincare items, and fragrances, cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Exchange Process:

• Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with instructions for returning the product.
• Please ensure that the returned product is adequately packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Return Shipping:

• The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping expenses associated with both the return and the replacement product, unless the item received was defective or damaged.
• We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of the returned product.

Exchange Options:

• When requesting an exchange, please specify the desired replacement product, including size, color, and any other relevant details.
• If the requested product is out of stock or unavailable, we will provide you with alternatives or issue a store credit for future purchases.

Please note that our exchange policy is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet the specified criteria or exceed the allowed timeframe.

* NOTE: For health reasons some of the items sold on our site (mainly bras and some but not all girdles and panties) are considered "FINAL SALE" which means that we cannot accept them for return or exchange. Final sale items are: Items in the Clearance - Promotion category are considered final sale.

** Gifts and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 **Please, remember that you have up to 15 days to return the merchandise that complies with our return policies (unused garments with all labels attached). We will add the product's value as a credit to your account once we receive it in our warehouse, so you can place a new order.
