By scheduling your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies and information.
Being tardy may reduce the time allocated for your valuable treatment. To prevent inconveniencing the next guest, your treatment will conclude punctually, and you will be accountable for the entire treatment expense. We recommend scheduling two weeks ahead to secure the most suitable time for your schedule. For new clients, kindly arrive 15 minutes early to facilitate the completion of consent forms, check-in, and any necessary restroom use before your appointment.
NO DEPOSITS CAN BE REFUNDED OR TRANSFERRED!
Should you need to reschedule, kindly notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a full service charge. Cancellations requested beyond 48 hours from the time of booking will be eligible for spa credit of equivalent value. This policy is in place to compensate our technicians for their time and to optimize our appointment availability for you and others.
By confirming an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our rescheduling and cancellation policy. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may experience a shortened appointment or potential cancellation. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us promptly at (888) 778 - 2861 or through the chat bot on our website.
To reschedule an appointment that has been cancelled or resulted in a no-show with short notice, a $35 fee is applicable and is due at the time of the rescheduled booking. After three instances of rescheduling within a month, a $35 fee will be required for rebooking, regardless of providing a 24-hour notice prior to the appointment.
All appointments must be scheduled within the designated time frame of the selected plan or package.
Fajas included in the plan are provided at no additional cost.
Appointments are neither transferable nor refundable.
Following the fourth appointment, the plan or package becomes nonrefundable. Spa credit will be issued, equivalent to the value of services provided (as individual service items), based on the amount paid at the commencement of the plan or package.
Upgrading a plan or package is permitted before the fourth appointment.
Complimentary rescheduling is exclusive to Emerald holders.
Depending on your plan, any remaining balances from a payment plan are to be settled at the time of service.
For clients with a payment plan, failure to meet the balance within the specified time frame and agreed-upon date/visit will result in a $75 reinstatement fee. This fee is required to continue the plan and book the remaining sessions.
Sessions booked outside the valid time frame will incur a $75 reinstatement fee
Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate returns or refund payments for our treatments and/or used products. Nevertheless, we are pleased to offer spa credit of equivalent value. Kindly be aware that all garments that have been worn or altered are considered final sale.

Predicting specific outcomes is virtually impossible, so payments for our services cover the treatments themselves rather than guaranteeing particular results. When you book any service on our website, you accept full responsibility and assume all associated risks. Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in service price and are a matter of personal discretion on all of our services.
